Custom Product Agreement
By placing an order with Hi Pet Design,you agree that:
· You are responsible for providing a high-quality, clear image of your pet for customization.
· You have reviewed and approved all custom text (e.g., name) for spelling and accuracy before finalizing your order.
· You understand and agree that all our products are custom-made to order and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal or refund under consumer protection laws in many jurisdictions, as the product is made to your specifications and is not suitable for return.
Intellectual Property
You guarantee that any photo you provide to us for customization is either your own property or you have permission from the rightful owner to use it.By submitting a photo, you grant Hi Pet Design a limited, non-exclusive license to use that image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your custom order. Hi Pet Design retains all intellectual property rights to our product designs, logos, and website content.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placement by emailing service@hipetdesign.com. Cancellation requests received after this period, once production has begun, cannot be accepted.

Prohibited Uses
