How does the custom pet portrait process work?
It's simple! After you place your order, We will send an email, and you can reply to our email to upload your pet's photo. Our talented artists will then create a portrait based on your image. Once the design is ready, we'll send you a preview for your approval. Only after you say "YES!" do we move to production and create your unique item.
What kind of photo do I need to provide for the best results?
A high-quality photo is key to a great portrait. For the best results, please ensure:
- High Resolution & Clear: The photo is sharp, not blurry or pixelated.
- Good Lighting: Your pet is well-lit, with no harsh shadows on their face.
- Clear View: A front-facing or side-profile shot where your pet's face and unique features are clearly visible.
- Plain Background: A simple, uncluttered background is preferred.
How long does production and shipping take?
It depends on orders!
Processing Time: All custom-designed pet products require 30 days for production from the order confirmation date. Each item is meticulously crafted according to your specifications.
Shipping Time: Orders are delivered within 7-15 business days after production completion via standard shipping.
Total order fulfillment time (production + shipping) is typically 37-45 days.

What is your return policy for custom items?
Our greatest wish is that you are satisfied with our products.
Because all our products are personalized and made-to-order just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Can I get a portrait with multiple pets on one item?
Yes, we love creating family portraits! During the ordering process, you can select the option for multiple pets (usually for an additional fee).
Please upload clear photos of each pet and let us know your preference for the layout in the order notes.
