Shipping & Packaging
- All rugs are folded (not rolled) for shipping to reduce packaging waste, lower carbon emissions, and save on shipping costs.
- Please expect temporary creases upon unboxing. These will relax naturally within a few days of use. For faster results, you can lightly steam the back of the rug or roll it face-out for 24–48 hours.
- Processing times vary by order and location. Production takes 5–7 business days, followed by shipping.
- Shipping Time: Orders are delivered within 7-15 business days after production completion via standard shipping.

Regarding Size & Shape Tolerances
All sizes listed are approximate. Due to the custom cutting and printing process, there may be a tolerance of ±1-2″ (2-5 cm) in dimensions.
For custom-shaped rugs, the final outline will follow the silhouette of your pet’s portrait as closely as possible, but may be slightly adjusted for structural or aesthetic balance.
We recommend using painter’s tape to outline the dimensions on your floor before ordering to ensure the perfect fit for your space.
Care & Maintenance Instructions
To ensure the longevity and beauty of your rug, please follow these guidelines:
- Cleaning: Spot clean only with a mild detergent, cold water, and a soft cloth. Gently dab—do not rub—the affected area.
- Drying: Always air dry flat, away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Do NOT: Machine wash or tumble dry. Use bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners. Place in direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent fading.
- Regular Care: Fluff the pile gently with a brush or your hands to maintain its plush appearance. Rotate occasionally if placed in high-traffic areas.

Our talented artists will then create a portrait based on your image. Once the design is ready, we'll send you a preview for your approval. Only after you say "YES!" do we move to production and create your unique item.
