Due to the custom, personalized nature of our products at Hi Pet Design, and the significant time and care invested in creating your unique design, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.

All sales of custom-made items are final. Thank you for understanding and supporting our handmade process!

Before placing your order, please carefully review your design choices, the uploaded photo(s), and the shipping address. We are not responsible for refunds or remakes due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, dissatisfaction with the chosen photo's quality, or errors in custom text (eg, spelling mistakes) that were approved during the ordering process.

Order Cancellations

To secure your place on our waiting list, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures we can dedicate time and resources to your custom portrait.

If you decide to cancel your order before we begin working on your project, we will refund any payments made, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Once we have started working on your order, cancellations are no longer possible, as significant time and materials have already been invested in creating your unique design.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support, as each product is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind piece made with care and attention to detail.

Order Change Policy

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us at your earliest convenience within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes beyond this time frame.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@hipetdesign.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. This does not include minor imperfections that may be inherent in the handmade nature of the product.
