All our products are made-to-order,personalized specifically for you and your pet. After you place an order, please allow 3-4 weeks for production and customization before your item is shipped. This time frame can vary depending on our current order queue. You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped.

2.Transit Time & Shipping Methods

Once shipped,orders typically take 5 to 15 business days to arrive at their destination. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. The shipping carrier's delivery times can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather, customs processing, holidays, and other logistical circumstances.

3.Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.Please use this tracking number to get the most up-to-date information on the status of your delivery.

4.International Shipping & Customs

For international orders,any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Hi Pet Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
