Packaging:
To provide you with sustainable and efficient shipping, your blanket is folded and compressed in protective packaging. Upon arrival, it is normal for the blanket to have packaging folds and creases. These are not defects and will relax naturally within a few days of use.
Size Guide
1. Size: 80 x 100 cm(31" x 39") Prefer for The Lap Companion: For personal use on the couch, in a car, or as a decorative throw over a chair. Ideal for smaller pets as a luxurious bed topper.
2. Size: 100 x 120 cm(39" x 47"): Preferred for The Shared Snuggle: Great for one person to fully wrap up, for two to share, or as a generous bed for medium-large pets. Fits perfectly on a twin bed.
3. Size: 120 x 150 cm(47" x 59"): Preferred for The Couch King/Queen((BEST SELLER): Our most versatile size!): Excellent for full coverage on a sofa, as a top layer on a twin/full-size bed, or as a spacious lounging area for large dog breeds.
4. Size: 150 x 200 cm(59" x 79"). Prefer for The Grand Heirloom: A substantial blanket for a queen/full-size bed, a stunning wall tapestry, or an oversized comforting wrap. Makes a magnificent memorial keepsake.

- Color & Appearance Disclaimer: While we use advanced printing technology, please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings. The texture of the fabric and lighting during photography can also affect the appearance. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.
Regarding Size & Shape Tolerances
- Slight Size Variance: As each blanket is hand-finished and stitched, there may be a minimal variance of 1-3 cm (approx. 0.5-1 inch) in dimensions. This is a normal characteristic of handmade items and does not affect the quality or use.
Care & Maintenance Instructions
To ensure your cherished blanket stays beautiful and soft for years, please follow these simple steps:
- First Wash (Recommended): You may notice a small amount of loose fibers on a new blanket. A gentle first wash will easily remove them.
- Machine Wash: Use cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle. Do not bleach.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkles. Avoid high heat as it may damage the print and fabric.
- Ironing (If Needed): If needed, iron on low heat on the reverse side (Sherpa side) only. Do not iron directly on the printed flannel side.

Our talented artists will then create a portrait based on your image. Once the design is ready, we'll send you a preview for your approval. Only after you say "YES!" do we move to production and create your unique item.
What kind of photo do I need to provide for the best results?
A high-quality photo is key to a great portrait.
For the best results, please ensure:High Resolution & Clear: The photo is sharp, not blurry or pixelated.
Good Lighting: Your pet is well-lit, with no harsh shadows on their face.
Clear View: A front-facing or side-profile shot where your pet's face and unique features are clearly visible.
Plain Background: A simple, uncluttered background is preferred.
How long does production and shipping take?
It depends on orders!
